All services require a deposit in order to secure your appointment.

 RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:

All deposits are non-refundable but transferable only once. As a courtesy to other clients, appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance prior to your original booking time for this policy to be applicable. Otherwise, you will lose your deposit and can not use it to reschedule another appointment.
 
*No Call-No Show appointments will result in client losing their deposit.*

LATE POLICY:

I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. You are given a 15 minute grace period with communication. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. *If your service must me shortened due to your lateness you will still be charged for the full amount of the service.*
 
If I am more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will still receive your full service.
 
*Travel fees may apply for tolls and parking, if required.*
*Please make sure traveling fee is checked off as add-on prior to appointment.*
